We explore Jeff’s fascinating past when he created a market research company focused on the urban multicultural youth market, which was under-served. Jeff went on to build and contribute to other marketing ventures before starting Meade, where he helps creative agencies grow their businesses.

Jeff’s approach to positioning starts with the question, “what do you want to be famous for?” We discussed the importance of becoming an expert and building a clear positioning strategy, as the foundation for growth and longevity. Jeff explains efficiency alone is never enough, firms must differentiate and specialize themselves, to avoid always competing on price.
